Note: Please understand the below fee schedule has been created to make any expectations clear and consistent. We do our best to be flexible and consistent, but we're not professional inn keepers or lawyers... If there is something not quite right or could use improvement, please let us know.
Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll do what we can to accomodate you, and often weeks can be swapped around with other folks. However, if you really do need to cancel, this is our current policy:
If your cancellation is received within one month of your first scheduled week, we'll return 1/2 of your original deposit. After that, we will expect 1/2 of the remaining fee due.
Basic fee schedule: 1/2 due within two weeks of schedule confirmation, the rest due one prior week to start of first scheduled week.
For 2016, the weekly cost will be $800 during July and August, $725 during June and September, and $625/week during October.
For 2017, the weekly cost will be $800 during July and August, $725 during June and September, and $625/week during October.
